2023 Season Sign On
Due to high demand, as soon as registrations open we encourage our parents/players to register and pay to ensure your position on your team!

How to register:
Step 1 – For School Age Kids, Apply For Active Kids Voucher
Before you register, for school age kids, make sure you have applied for your Active Kids Voucher through Service NSW at https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/apply-for-an-active-kids-voucher
Active Kids Voucher may be used through the online registration process.

Step 2 – Attend A Registration Day At the Clubhouse
Come and meet the team! We can help you through the registration process and answer any questions you may have. We will also have shorts/socks for sale at the clubhouse. Free second hand soccer boots in various sizes will also be available.
*Thursday 2 February 2023 4.30pm-6.30pm
Join us for our sign on BBQ courtesy of JET Real Estate – all invited, even if you have already registered online.
*Saturday 4 February 2023 11am-1pm
*Sunday 12 February 2023 11am-1pm

Step 3 – Register Online
Can’t make it to a registration day? No worries! You can register online.
Registrations for Northern NSW clubs open on 1 February 2023 at https://www.playfootball.com.au/

Step 4 – Make Payment
We have a strict NO PAY NO PLAY POLICY at the club. Players will not be registered or allocated to a team until payment has been made. Priority is given to players who register and pay upfront.
Player Levies 2023
U5s to U7s – $150 per player
U8s to U11s – $165 per player
U12s to U16s – $200 per player
U17s to U18s – $250 per player
Seniors (U19s+) – $360 per player

There is a once only $50 discount when registering 3 or more members of a family. Step 4 – Volunteer
For the club to have a successful season, we require volunteers! All our committee members/coaches are volunteers, and without them, the club would not exist. If you are interested in helping out the club, whether as a committee member, coach or in another capacity, please get in touch with us at tumbulgumrsc@hotmail.com
Please note, all volunteers require a Working With Children Check
COACHES NEEDED
Coaches needed across various age groups. We have members who can help get you started if you are unsure where to start. If you can’t make the current allocated training time, there is flexibility to work around what works for you. Let us know when you can train. You can also share the role with another person.

Miniroos – U5s to U10s – Thursday Afternoons 4pm-5pm starting Thursday 30 March
Miniroos – U11s – Wednesday Afternoons 4pm-5pm starting Wednesday 29 March
U14s – Wednesday Afternoons 5pm – 6.30pm. Taz to confirm start date with families.
All Other Junior Competitive Teams – to be advised
Women’s Team – to be advised
Men’s Team – to be advised
*Days and times may vary depending on coaches availabilities. Miniroos/junior competitive teams do not train over NSW school holidays

Step 5 – Lets Play
Senior Teams to be nominated to FFNC by 2 March 2023 – Games begin 24/25/26 March
Junior Competitive Teams to be nominated to FFNC by 9 March 2023 – Games begin 24/25/26 March
Miniroo Teams to be nominated to FFNC by 23 March 2023 – Games begin Saturday 29 April
*No games over Easter weekend (7-9 April) or the long weekend in June (King’s Birthday – 9-11 June). No games for miniroos/junior competitive teams over NSW school holidays.
